Arthur Cummings: Pitcher : scrapbook, 1909 - 1939.

A scrapbook with notes and articles relating to a game played May 19, 1866 and the winnig of the Silver Ball. J. A. Morrill's version of the game is dated July 5, 1939 and Cummings describes the game in an article dated June 9, 1921. Also included are articles relating to Cummings throwing the first curve in baseball.

Connie Mack played for the Washington Statesmen (1886-1889), Buffalo Bisons (1890), and Pittsburgh Pirates (1891-1896). Mack is best known, however, as a manager.
